Filling the form below to send us your drawings (preferably in sketchup format however others can be used and converted), and we will turn you sip kit quote around for you super quick. Please note that build garden room kits or home extension kits with large structural openings, specific uses and areas with abnormal loads may require the building drawings to be run through structural calculations, we can take care of this for you!
Once Accepted
Following quote acceptance our in house team will panellise the garden room or home extension kit, ensuring all structural requirements are taken care of. We'll run the panellised kit drawings past you for sign off, and once you're happy we'll get the kit cut and on the lorry to you as soon as you want it!
Foundations
Depending on your chosen floor structure (SIPS or other), we will also put together the foundation plan. This can then be used by yourselves or passed to your foundation installers so you can have this done before kit delivery. If you need some help to understand your floor structure options please give us a call.
